ABA Instructional Technician

Looking for a Career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

We are seeking experienced and passionate candidates for the position of ABA Instructional Technician to join our Behavioral Consultation Services team.


Job Overview

ABA ITs work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), on clinical teams providing high quality in-home ABA programs for children with autism throughout the valley. Applicants must have previous experience working with multiple children on the autism spectrum, preferably with training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).  Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required.

This position includes extensive training, professional development, competitive pay, and a clear career path that offers advancement, supervision, and the opportunity to become a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Staff are expected to provide their own transportation to commute to and from client homes around the valley. Must have at least 15 hours per week available, including most weekday afternoons.
